NICON® Construction, Inc. (NCI) specializes in insurance repair services. The company has serviced many clients throughout the state of Florida after the four hurricanes in 2004 and is currently responding to the many needs of the current years devastation.

The Company was founded in 1986 by Joseph Lopez. NCI has diversified over the last several years from environmental remediation, asbestos abatement and commercial insulation, into
a full service insurance repair / commercial construction company.

NCI’s estimating team has over twenty years of experience in preparing estimates the insurance companies require to properly compensate it’s insured. The team is also knowledgeable in working with the adjusters to settle the claims in an expeditious manner.
