PierPoint Condominiums has nine buildings with more than two hundred condos, a waterfront community building and library. Nicon® was able to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company that was in the process of being litigated. This project consists of new cement tile roofs, code upgrades Asbestos Abatement, Mold remediation, and many various interior repairs and finishes. The Nicon® engineering team contributed to the successful outcome in settling this very complex claim with the insurance company. The estimated magnitude of this project is approximately ten million dollars.
