Nicon® Construction, Inc. is a multi-disciplined construction company, with projects ranging from Design/Build, Disaster Relief Repairs to Environmental Remediation services.
Some of Nicon's® commercial construction customers include major insurance companies such as: Citizen, State Farm, Southern Family and Allstate.
Nicon® has worked on hundreds of residential projects in Florida from Daytona Beach and multiple properties in the Port Charlotte area. Below are just a few projects currently in progress.
Pierpoint Condominiums
Stuart, FL
PierPoint Condominiums has nine buildings with more than two hundred condos, a waterfront community building and library. Nicon® was able to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company that was in the process of being litigated. This project consists of new cement tile roofs, code upgrades Asbestos Abatement, Mold remediation, and many various interior repairs and finishes. The Nicon® engineering team contributed to the successful outcome in settling this very complex claim with the insurance company. The estimated magnitude of this project is approximately ten million dollars. |

Vera Cruz Condominiums
Vero Beach , FL
Vera Cruz condominiums consists of fifteen separate quads with multiple condos included in each. Nicon® restored this community by replacing the entire roof system, repaired interiors in various locations and performed many of the necessary code
upgrades. Nicon® orchestrated the engineering team that enabled the insured to successfully receive compensation for the required repairs. The estimated magnitude of this project is approximately three million dollars. |
All Florida Realty Office
Daytona, FL
All Florida Realty is the property manager for over three thousand properties throughout the state of Florida. Nicon® repaired damages to their home office in Port St. Lucie and Daytona Beach. Nicon® was instrumental in settling claims and restoring hundreds of properties damaged by last years storms for this large Florida based company and it's investors. The properties being restored by NCI are located on both the East and West coasts of Florida. The estimated magnitude of the repairs on these properties is approximately seven million dollars. |

Stratford @ Pelican Bay
Naples, FL
Stratford at Pelican Bay has twenty, two story high rise buildings which required immediate emergency repairs to stabilize the building. Nicon® was able to restore the infrastructure within one week getting all of the life safety issues addressed. The engineering team responded immediately to the requirements of this complex problem. Issues for a high rise, such as temporary repairs which are able to withstand high wind loads and watershed requirements are a specialty of the Nicon® team.
Proper design criteria and code upgrade compliance issues must be considered when repairing this type of building. The restoration process can only begin once the aforementioned issues are addressed to allow for safe occupancy to be reinstated. |
Somerset Condominiums
Ft. Lauderdale , FL
When the city of Ft. Lauderdale was devastated by Hurricane Wilma in the fall of 2005, the Somerset condomium sustained severe damage.
Nicon® Construction was prompt on the scene providing rapid cleanup and developed a well organized work schedule that allowed many residents to stay in their units with minimal displacement. Nicon® finished emergency response ad residents were able to move back into their homes in a matter of weeks.
