There are twenty six separate buildings that have multiple condos inside each. NCI responded to roof leaks and minimized ensuing damages by keeping a temporary roof intact.
The temporary roof applications enabled extensive forensic testing by multiple engineering firms.
The testing had to be conducted to determine the extent of damage incurred to this newly constructed community. Environmental testing of the interiors to monitor water intrusion due to the roof condition also played a major role in determining the extent of damages. The estimated magnitude of this project is still being determined.
